Leadership Ethos

Executive Summary

I have spent my career at the intersection of creativity and commerce — helping brands tell their stories in ways that drive growth and build strong, lasting relationships with retail partners.
As an executive leader in housewares and design-driven consumer goods, I’ve led sales strategy, brand development, packaging direction, and marketing initiatives — always with a focus on delivering clear commercial outcomes. Over the years, I’ve built trusted partnerships with national retailers across channels, collaborating closely with retail buyers and internal cross-functional teams to develop tailored programs that align with both brand goals and retail strategies/ Partnerships have included high end retailers like Williams Sonoma and Sur La Table, to mass market retailers like Walmart and Target.

In my experience, meaningful growth happens when product, brand, and go-to-market strategy are thoughtfully aligned.

Beyond outcomes, I value the process: building collaborative teams, fostering strong partnerships, and leading with purpose. Throughout my career, I’ve worked across sales, creative, and operations to help brands evolve and succeed in a constantly changing retail landscape.

Leadership Philosophy

I believe that culture is the foundation of any successful organization. When people feel trusted, valued, and empowered to contribute, strong teams and strong outcomes naturally follow. My approach to leadership centers on creating clarity of purpose, fostering open communication, and encouraging thoughtful collaboration across all functions.

I strive to build environments where creativity and commercial focus coexist, where new ideas are welcomed, rigorous thinking is encouraged, and individuals are supported in delivering their best work. I place a high value on transparency, accountability, and respect, knowing that a positive, inclusive culture is ultimately what drives long-term business success.

Above all, I believe leadership is about integrity and humility, creating space for people and brands to evolve, together.
